Chery Test Drive Fiesta: Official Terms & Conditions
Campaign Period: 5 June 2025 – 28 June 2025 (11:59pm)
Organizer: Chery Kuching (Authorized Chery Dealer)
1. Eligibility
- Open to Malaysian residents aged 18+ (valid IC/passport required).
- Excluded: Employees of Chery Malaysia/Chery Kuching, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate families.
- The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entrants violating these T&Cs.
2. Campaign Mechanics
Entry Process
- Step 1: Book a test drive at Chery Kuching via Sales Advisor or 013 773 6778.
- Step 2: Complete a test drive of any Chery model at Chery Kuching.
- Step 3: Register with a Sales Advisor using the official entry form.
- Step 4: Take a photo with the Sales Advisor using Chery-provided props (mandatory proof).
Draw Requirements
- The Grand Draw (29 June 2025) requires minimum 100 valid entries. If unmet, Chery Kuching may extend the campaign or cancel prizes (at its discretion).

Redemption Rules
- Winners will be notified via WhatsApp Text/Phone call in July 2025.
- Claim Period: Prizes must be redeemed within 7 days of notification.
- Delivery Fees: Winners requiring interstate/international shipment bear all delivery costs. Chery Kuching covers local pickup only.
- Forfeiture: Unclaimed prizes after 7 days will be forfeited and redistributed at the Organizer’s discretion.
- Non-Transferable: Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted except by Chery Kuching (e.g., if unavailable).
4. Additional Perks
- Trade-Up Bonus: Up to RM5000* extra for trade-in car (grab now before it is gone; non-transferable).
- Free Car Valuation: 5-minute appraisal during test drives (offers subject to vehicle condition).
5. Data & Privacy
- Participants consent to:
- Use of their photos/videos for Chery’s promotional purposes.
- Collection of personal data (IC/passport, contact) for campaign administration.
- Receiving marketing communications (opt-out available post-campaign).
6. General Conditions
- Campaign Changes: Chery Kuching reserves the right to:
- Extend, modify, or cancel the campaign due to fraud, technical errors, or force majeure.
- Disqualify entries violating T&Cs or showing bad faith (e.g., fake test drives).
- Liability Limitation: Chery Kuching is not liable for:
- Lost/delayed entries due to technical failures.
- Prizes damaged in transit (if winner-paid delivery).
- Injuries/property damage during test drives.
- Taxes: Winners bear all applicable taxes/fees related to prizes.
- Governing Law: Malaysian law governs these T&Cs. Disputes subject to Kuching courts.
7. Winner Announcement
- Grand Draw livestreamed on 29 June 2025 via Chery Kuching Facebook.
- Winners’ names will be published on Chery Kuching’s social media for 30 days (If needed).
